Charles grew up in Wellesley and moved downtown at age 15 and is very well versed in the Boston neighborhoods. Having lived in numerous sections of Boston Charles has a strong knowledge of the history and social dynamics of what the city has to offer. With over 19 years now in the emerging Seaport District, Charles has been a trustee at the Dockside Place Condominiums. As a founding member of the Fort Point Neighborhood Association (FPNA) Charles has been an active force in the community. He is in touch with the pulse of the Seaport development community and city agencies.
